A unique Hollywood property with a water slide and a Playboy-esque grotto has been put on the market.

As if that wasn’t enough to be getting on with, buying the $21.95 million [£15.85 million] mansion would make you and Taylor Swift neighbours.

The Beverly Hills home, which was built in 1930, has seven bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, and is set over three floors and a total of 10,000 sq ft.

It was once owned by 1930s gangster actor Edward G. Robinson, who, over the course of his 50-year career, acted in more than 100 movies and 30 plays, including the Oscar-nominated film Little Caesar.

One living area, which overlooks the outdoor swimming pool, has an original bar with wood-panelled cupboards and stools, and a marble worktop.

The sprawling mansion, which is featured on TopTenRealEstateDeals.com, would be ideal for hosting parties, and is surrounded by trees for privacy.

There’s a balcony that overlooks the back garden, which would be perfect for dining or sunning yourself on with your soon-to-be-best mate Taylor.

Five of the seven bedrooms also have their own balconies, and there’s a whole guest house where your new A-list buddies can stay the night as well as staff quarters.

The main building has plenty of natural light, helped by the many windows and glass doors througought the home.

The current owners have embraced many of the original parts of the home, such as the hand-painted wallpaper from the 1940s and that’s in the dining room.

They’ve also lovingly restored the floor-to-ceiling carved wooden fireplace, and complemented some of the heavier wooden features in the home with a neutral paint job on the walls.
