The 36-year-old singer made the most of the themed night as she gave her eyebrows a temporary makeover – bleaching them blonde.
As she joined fellow judges Luke Bryan and Lionel Richie to critique the remaining hopefuls trying to progress on the show, Katy was hard to miss as she dressed up as the Peter Pan character.
She teamed her glitter-green corset, fairy wings, and bleached brows with elf ears that would make fiancé Orlando Bloom proud.
Katy even gave a shout-out to the actor’s Lord of the Rings character as she called herself ‘legolas’s gf’ in her Instagram caption.
The Roar singer appeared to have had the time of her life becoming the fairy princess as she joked: ‘TINK fast’.
However fans had a mixed response to the look. Some loved it as one wrote: ‘I have to say I was blown away with the Tinker Bell look tonight, you were beyond recognition…’
Another commented: ‘You looked amazing tonight. Loved the Tinkerbell look. Your hair color I want. And the makeup fabulous.’
Meanwhile others felt the bleached brows didn’t work for a Tinkerbell costume as one viewer commented: ‘Does tinker bell not have eyebrows? I don’t get why Katy Perry didn’t include them?’
Another asked: ‘Were Katy’s eyebrows burned off or something, she looks weird (sic).’
‘Am I the only one who’s more annoyed than impressed by Katy Perry’s Tinkerbell look? Since when does Tinkerbell not have eyebrows?,’ one fan wrote.
