After the couple were taken to hospital, Nina had an operation after sustaining several head injuries.
However, after multiple tests, the doctor told Abi (Sally Carman) and Kevin (Michael Le Vell) that Seb’s ventilator was the only thing keeping him alive.
As Nina and Abi process the horrifying events, Nina will become broken as she takes the blame for Seb’s death.
Asha (Tanisha Gorey) continues to protest Corey’s innocence leaving Nina incensed – telling Asha she’ll never forgive her.
In the hospital, Roy (David Neilson) finds Nina packing her bag. Nina explains that she’s discharging herself as she needs to revisit the scene of the attack to try and jog her memory.
Concerned for her wellbeing, Roy eventually manages to talk her out of it.
Later, a police officer calls at No.13 and breaks the news to Abi and Kevin that they’ve charged someone, and it would seem the attack was triggered by Nina’s appearance.
Abi approaches Nina, saying if she didn’t dress like a freak, Seb would still be alive.
Clearly broken, Nina explains to Roy that Seb is dead because of who she was, so she’s decided she doesn’t want to be that person anymore.
Can Roy make Nina see that Seb’s death and the attack isn’t her fault?
