The 42-year-old retired wrestler – who performed for the company as Tyler Reks between 2008 and 2012 – came out as transgender earlier this year and now she feels ‘free’ after her recent surgery.
Sharing a revealing photo with her followers on Instagram, she wrote in a lengthy caption: ‘Smile. Life is amazing.
‘This is day four post breast augmentation and I can’t remember a time I’ve felt more complete.
‘My implants are still sitting high and have about 2-4 weeks before they “drop.” In the meantime though, I’m over the moon with joy at my new body.
‘I no longer have to worry about my breast forms showing, using adhesive that will cause my skin to bleed when I peel them off, or worrying about the top or dress I’m wearing.
‘I’m free. And it feels incredible.
‘Thank you @contouredbydrcourtney for caring about the transgender community, for being so kind and understanding, and for my amazing new breasts. I love you all.’
This comes after she previously opened up on finding her ‘authentic self’ in an emotional post about stripping away ‘the barriers that hide who you desperately desire to be’.
She captioned a nude picture: ‘What does your authentic self look like?
‘When you strip away all of the layers, all of the walls that have been built to protect your innermost being, when you remove the barriers that hide who you desperately desire to be – there you will find your true self.
‘Freeing this quelled spirit though, requires change, and like most change, it can be painful at first. The process opens up our shell and exposes us to the elements.’
Gabbi – who has been candid with fans during her journey thus far – suggested she experienced ‘fear’ and ‘ridicule’ during her own journey, but admitted she feels ‘stronger’ after coming out on the other side.
She continued: ‘You may experience fear. You may experience ridicule. You may experience extreme emotions.
‘Navigating our way through these oceans though, is what makes us stronger. These seemingly harsh waters force our courage to rise, they solidify our strength and our confidence, and allow us to stand firm in WHO we were meant to be.’
