Two retired police officers and a police solicitor have been cleared of perverting the course of justice following the Hillsborough disaster.
Donald Denton, 83, and Alan Foster, 74, who were PCs with South Yorkshire Police, and the force’s former solicitor Peter Metcalf, 71, faced trial.
But they were all acquitted after a judge ruled there was no case to answer.
