The highly-anticipated fourth season of Netflix’s hit Royal drama The Crown is here.

This long-awaited season is set to be the most gripping yet, as it sees Queen Elizabeth II meet Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher and Princess Diana.

Princess Diana and Prince Charle’s wedding will be featured in this instalment, as well as the births of princes William and Harry, which will cover the years between 1977 and 1990.

The Crown season 4 will release on Netflix at 8am today, Sunday, November 15.

The fourth instalment will most likely be comprised of 10 episodes, as the previous three seasons did.

Who is in the cast of The Crown season 4?

The fourth season of The Crown sees Olivia Colman return to play Queen Elizabeth II, and Tobias Menzies as her husband Prince Philip.

Helena Bonham Carter will be reprising her role as Princess Margaret.
